It hangs in Crysis, image freezes, sound stutters for few secs more then loops a sound until manual reboot. Ntune Stability test used to run but now the image comes up but the characters don't move, If I press stop it does so, if I drag the animation window it crashes to BSOD with nv4_disp.dll error.

I would update to latest drivers. im running 169.28 drivers. http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us Test each vid card one by one.
Do a memtest.
Update sound card drivers.
Make sure if your not running two screens that your video card setting, in the nvidia controle panel , (MULTI-DISPLAY/MIXED-GPU) is set to single display mode,
(extension) limit set to off,(error reporting) set to off,(SLI performance mode)set to single gpu,(comformant texture clamp) set to use hardware.
