You will have to assemble your own set of Windows XP device drivers if want to install WIndows XP on that laptop.
You will need an Intel AHCI Windows XP driver to have Windows XP's setup recognize your hard disk drive. Since there is no floppy diskette drive in that laptop you will need a Windows XP setup CD that has the required driver(s) slipstreamed in using a freeware tool like nLite.
You will need a Windows XP device driver for the Intel GM45 Express Chipset.
You will need a Windows XP device driver for the Intel GMA X4500HD graphics.
You will need Windows XP device drivers for audio, onboard and wireless network controller, ..., etc.
