Hi Everyone,

I'm putting together a new system with a WD 640 and WD 1TB and plan on using Windows 7 RC. What is the best way to set this up so that when I have to eventually buy and install the retail version I have the least amount of headache? Should I:

1 - Install Win 7 RC on a separte partition and programs on another partition. When I have to reinstall then I would reformat the Win 7 Partition and install the retail version. Is it much of a headache to have the OS and programs on different parititions? Does it reduce performance?

or

2 - Don't partition the drive and have Win 7 RC and programs together. When I install the retail version can I just uninstall Win RC 7 and then install the retail version or would it be better to reformat the entire drive and start from scratch - which would then force me to reinstall all my programs.

or

3 - None of the above, it's a dumb question. Correct answer is....

Thanks for your help!
