Do you mean "Remove unused desktop icons"?

The "Run Desktop Cleanup Wizard every 60 days" option is accessed through the Display applet in Control Panel.

To open Display applet, click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Display.

On the Desktop tab of the Display Properties window, click the Customize Desktop... button.

In the "Desktop cleanup" group box you will find the "Run Desktop Cleanup Wizard every 60 days" check box and the "Clean Desktop Now" command button.

Clear the "Run Desktop Cleanup Wizard every 60 days" check box if you don't want the wizard to run automatically every two months.
