I know nothing about motherboard except for all the ports they have. So if someone could make any suggestion and tell me why I should for more than another. The price isn't a factor here.

if you dont need tri sli the 750i is a good place to start...i heard the evga 750i ftw is nice, and i have a friend with an evga 780i who loves it...like mondoman said stay away from the 6xx chipsets
I think I would put Asus on a "do not buy" list until this Gigabyte vs. Asus thing settles out. It looks to me like, whether or not their products are good, they've been lying about them; that's not a business model I care to support.
