How to get rid of a programme in ADD and REmove that wont leave

I tried to install Power Quest Image 7.0 and it would not continue to load, so then I tried to remove it from ADD and REMOVE and I get RTC error and the next window says fatalerror during installation. I have cleared this program out of the registry and out of windows, when I run a search nothin comes up, but it is still in ADD and Remove. Please and thank you

It appears you know how to use the registry editor. Look here:


Select Start > Run>regedit


Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall


The Add/Remove Programs list is built from the keys listed beneath the Uninstall folder.


Locate the key for the program that has been uninstalled, right click the key and click Delete.
