Well I am not sure if my 600w Cooler master is up for the job anymore

Right now I got a Q6600 on a Gigabyte PA-35 board, 4 gigs of DDR800, 1 WD 250g Sata, 1 WD 500G sata, 1 1TB maxtor sata, a 200G Maxtor pata. 1 NEC drive and a 256mb XFX 7800 GT OC (being swapped out this weekend for a 512mb EVGA 8800 GT this weekend)

Anyways I am pretty much clueless when it comes to power supplies. If anyone could give me some insight that would be great.

That is a very nice PSU. You could even go with the Corsair tx750w PSU for about $10 more and have 4 x 6+2pin PCI-e power connectors. It's a bit much now, but will leave plenty of room for upgrades later. You could go with the Corsair vx450w PSU, at a minimum, but if your spending about $110 I'd go with the tx750w PSU. It has alot of updated connectors and has plenty of power for the $. Here is some of the PSU's that I'd consider, all are good quality and have good warranties:

Corsair vx 450w/vx 550w/tx 650w/tx 750w/hx 520w or hx 620w(modular cables)
PCP&C 610w/750w quad
Seasonic 450w/550w
Antec Earthwatts 500w (minimum)/NeoHE 550w

List of most of the ones I mentioned above

Very cool list. Thanks.

And yea, thats my dealio, i dont want to scrape by with the minimum. I gotta give myself room to grow, so if i add anymore, or make some more upgrades in the near future, i wont have to also get another psu upgrade. Gotta think a head, ya know

And in regards to the 1k ocz. I find 4 12v's questionable for one. so I have ruled that out completely.
Also, 3d shades are also over the top =p
