I assembled my system exclusively for video and digital editing. I would ice the E7200 and go Q6600. I tried the E8400 and the Q6600 was faster for my purposes. Most video and digital editing programs are multi-threaded. By the way, I also use CS3.

You may be Right Quad Better Than Duo for Video Editing.
But i Don't have the budget to buy Quads.

That is why E7200 perfect for me for now only. ill buy quad when they reach $150 range in near future.

Plz tell me about MotherBoard which one is better.

i was going to buy
- Intel BOX DG33FBC LGA (intel G33 Chipset)
= $110.77

can someone recomend any better Mother board for Over Clocking?

If you plan on doing ALOT of video editting then I would consider a Q6600 or Q9300....but the e7200 seems to be an amazing overclocker

You dont HAVE to have a new CPU cooler...but it might help
