It should not have any problems, Myself and several of my friends all have the P35-DS3L, with different memory(we all have different brands) I am using Mushkin EM 6400 (DDR2-800) one of my friends is running OCZ Reapers

Its $10 more than the ones you listed but the timings are 4-4-4-15 and I can confirm they work with the board. But if price is important, the ones you listed should work too.

Oh, i should also mention, you will more than likely have to manually set the timings AND Voltage in the bios. Control+F1 in the main menu then go to M.I.T. but before setting it manually check it with CPU-Z
Once open hit the memory tab, it will show current timings,

Speedfan is a free utility that will show your voltage for the memory, in the main window it should be listed as Vcore 2(pay no attention to the fact it shows my 12v @ -16v the memory voltage is correct)

Before hitting Ctrl+F1 it will look like this

After you will get this

use standard timing control,
Timing
5-4-4-15

Voltage
2.1V
For voltage, the default on the board is 1.8 so you will need +.3

For Refresh to ACT delay, use what the bios shows on the left.....or 42(from OCZ forums )

I hope I didn't goof!

I too recently bought this board
I also bought this Ram Crucial Ballistix Tracer 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148076

The memory is specced at 2.2V...

I have not recieved my stuff yet, should be thursday, but I downloaded the board manual and found this under the memory specs for the board:

Memory 4 x 1.8V DDR2 DIMM sockets supporting up to 8 GB of system memory (Note 1)
Dual channel memory architecture
Support for DDR2 1066/800/667 MHz memory modules
(Go to GIGABYTE's website for the latest memory support list.)

Do I need new RAM... or am I gonna just have to follow the above posters BIOS way of upping the Voltage?
