CHEAP OVERCLOCKING SOLUTION!!!!

Christmas is here! I need a overclocking pratice computer for <=250

I just need a computer that I can pratice overclocking with without to much hardware issues. Also if yuo could make it max WoW that would be great.
I have a Hd, Optical Drive, And GPU that I will be happy to recycle if needed.

A wishlist is extremely appreciated but some simple advice would be great also!
