best PDA with built-in wireless?

I am looking at getting a Dell PDA, because most
of them have built-in wireless, but I have two
concerns (other than price): firstly how far
can the signal reach, and secondly I've noticed
that Dell has begun skimping on warranties--they
reduced their new-laptop warranty to 3 months
in one ad. This second point concerns me because
it suggests they have no faith in their own
hardware. So ... is there an alternative to Dell?
