My DELETE button at top has disappeared how do I restore?

Hello, My Toolbar across the top of screen has all disappeared. How do I restore?

Toolbar? What program has lost it's toolbar?
If it is Firefox, don't start it from the Desktop shortcut. Start Firefox from the Start Menu.
Look at the All Programs list and Firefox will have 2 entries, one is to start Firefox in safe mode. Start Firefox in safe mode and you will see a pop-up looking window that includes a checkbox to reset toolbars and settings.
