My pc`s motherboard packed up,have an Asus laptop so i took the Western Digital hard drive from my pc and tried to connect to laptop using a Newlink hard drive case.was told it would just plug and play but no, doesnt work. My laptop runs vista and my pc was on XP but when i connect using usb all i get is bottom right corner is a safely remove hardware icon, cant seem to find the hard drives contents.Im no computer expert so any advice would be hugely appreciated, thanx
