So am I stable?

Ran Orthos for 7 hours, memtest86 for a full cycle, ran OCCT for a full run and 3D mark06.

My E8400 is running at 4GHz, 443FSB, 1.218Vcore, 2v for the ram, lowest setting on the Northbridge & southbridge voltages.

I am running at 1:1 ratio.

I get 54 degrees at full load and 37 at idle according to Real Temp. Do I have a stable system?

You are most likely stable. To be sure, let memtest86+ run for a few hours, maybe even overnight. Also, I like to run prime95 small ffts for at least 12h to check for stability.

Personally I run 24h prime 95 at small ffts, as knowing my luck I would fail something at 13h if I only did a 12h test. Than I run memtest overnight, it usually never hurts to play it safe.

Than after that I would attempt to make the machine overheat/break it doing anything minus using a sledgehammer. So I run a furmark or some other tool to heat up my GPU and stress it for a good 5-10min, than I start up prime 95 and run it at small ffts and let this run for another good 15-30min, to see how high I can heat it up. So I would have both the CPU and GPU being stressed for the purpose of heating things up as much as I can, my train of thought is that if my computer can't do this and still stay in a nice good temperature range, I don't stand a chance when it's summer.
