Cannot login, keyboard misconfigured

Hi!

I am having a problem to log on my windows vista computer.
When starting, I get the login screen but the keyboard layout is wrong. 'tab' shuts down the computer, 'esc' puts it in energy saving mode. The letters produce some characters but different from the normal output (can't see exactly, since the password field is masked). My mouse is not working neither.

Any idea how to solve this?
