Need help Upgrading PSU to Power Sapphire HD 6770 Vapor-X Video Card

Hi, My PC is about two years old. I want to upgrade the Sapphire HD5670 1GB DDR5 video card I installed about eighteen months ago. However, before upgrading the video card I need to upgrade the ATX size PSU, The size of the new PSU needs to be about H3 3/8" x W5 7/8" L5 1/2") otherwise it won't fit in the small ATX case. Ideally I'd like an ATX 450watt modular bronze rated, quiet. The Sapphire HD 6770 Vapor-X requires 450watt, one 75 Watt 6-pin PCI Express power connector. The Intel MicroATX DH55TC needs a 24pin power connector. At this time I'm not using any additional cards. The new PSU will replace a generic 350watt (400watts peak) Delta PSU

So far, it seems ANTEC as some PSUs that'll work but they aren't modular. The case is so small modular PSU will work best w/o impeding air flow.

That Delta PSU will actually run that card and really is under rated. Max total system load under stress test less than 300watts http://www.anandtech.com/show/4260/amds-radeon-hd-6790-coming-up-short-at-150/14 (should be little less than HD6790)
Any of those Antec's will work but the platinum is the one I like the best.

115/230 10a/5a 50-60mhz
+3.3 +5 12v1 12v2
18a 25a 16a 2.5
139 watts max 18a max

I like the Platnium as well but it's not modular. Just left the Corsair site but didn't find a modular PSU that'll fit.

So 18 amps max on +12 volts? You are missing a lot of amps there both +12 volt rails should be 16 and combined over 20amps!

Some PSUs have a ventilation fan on the the top or bottom with a ventilation grill on the back. How do these models work do they draw hot air from the case where it is exited though the back ventilation grill? MY PC case doesn't have a ventilation
grill on the top.
