Help pick motherboard?

What i want the motherboard to support is:
-Intel quad core processor
-4 ddr2 ram slots
-1066mhz ram speed
-hdmi connection
-1 maybe 2 pci x16 and good amount of other pci slots
-1333 fsb
-able to oc a decent amount

hopefully less than $200

also, i dont know too much about motherboards or anything but i want to be able to use the MSI 8800gt 512mb graphics card so tell me if it can do that too please

Check out the GA-EP35-DS3R if one PCI-E x16 slot is enough and you want 3 PCI slots and you don't need FireWire.

aBit IP35 Pro if you want 2 PCI-E x16 slots (but one runs at x4), 2 PCI slots, FireWire.

Asus P5N-D has two PCI-E 2.0 x16 slots, and with this you can even do SLI.

The HDMI connection is something you get from your video card. For example the 8800GT has DVI outputs and you can use an adapter to get HDMI. Lots of adapters at newegg under $10.
