I doubt that will ever happen!
Nvidia will chuck a bung Intel's way!
The irony though, Intel adopting Crossfire X as their preferred graphics platform and (if the article is true) Nvidia cosying up to AMD to allow SLi on their AM2+/AM3 platform!
Who said AMD were in a weak position?! :D

This is how Intel treats it's partners.

Kinda like the Redback Spider ... she mates then eats the partner.

I'd say NVidia knew about this for a while ... that's why their CEO has been going off at Intel ... death of the CPU and all that dribble.

Bummer ...

I wonder how many threads we're gonna see on this today. It's not even 7am and this is the third one.

The story is old and the details are not really correct.

NVIDIA has refused to license SLI to Intel.
Which is why current INTEL boards don't support SLI.

Intel which has licensed support to NVIDIA so they could make SLI chipsets is not being extended to allow them to produce NEHALM chipsets.

I think NVIDIA had better start to wise up, or they are gonna be in trouble.

------------------------------ If its good in theory but not in practice,
its not good theory.

It's not the CPU that supports SLI it's the chipset, why should that be news. Nehalem is the CPU, and the first batch of them coming out are the Server chips. SO I ask again? why is this news? Apparently some people have short memory spans. But I digress. Let's not forget that Nvidia won't license SLI to Intel, so why is this news?
