before anyone thinks of it, please, no Newegg references...

ok, so i just sold my 3870 and i'm feeling a bit sad at having to let her go... What card should i buy to replace her? I have a budget of £160, MAX, and am on a P35 board so Xfire is an option... if Xfired 3850s :(

i'm in the UK, btw... was thinking this card. is it worth the extra over the 8800GTS on offer?

as you know v well the GTS will give you a better performance compared to your former missus 3870...its not a bad idea.

but then i think it would be wiser to get a 9600(if its cheaper there) or a 3850 or 8800GS and then upgrade in june when big momma 4870 comes out :)
