Wireless connection

Hello,
I have just bought a second hand pc and it does not have wifi enabled.
I was wondering if there was an alternative to using the pci to be able to connect?
Is there something I can download?

You need a wireless pci card on the mother board or a wireless usb adapter and a wireless connection of course.
I'm doing the same thing now but on a computer I built that now has a wired connection. I'm going wireless to save some bucks.
If you go to Newegg.com they have a good selection there. I'm in the research stage right now, trying to find reviews about the different products.

I noticed it's your 1st question in toms. This is a great site and you will learn a lot here, welcome. Keep in mind that you will get better and more responses if you post your questions in the appropriate forums. This question for example would be better asked in the 'Networking Wireless" section.
