Hello,i want to restore my acer laptop 2423wxmi to its factory settings as its showing viruses and is very slow. I have no disc to do this! I need assistance!!!

Use the Recovery Manager to do the restore. If you can't use that and you don't have the disks, you need to buy XP for your laptop unless you can contact Acer and get something through them. Remember if you do a restore all of your data and programs will be wiped.
