Advice on my Temps&volts

Hi, could someone have a look at my temps and volts and let me know what they think.
Will this be ok for long-term use or should i put the volts back down to 1.45 and run at a lower speed?
Currently at 1.55v (1.6 in bios) 3.4ghz and average core temp of 70C

Those temps and volts are too high, with a 65nm processor I wouldnt go over 1.45v reading idle. Those temps are also a bit on the high side, isnt a 65nm max core temp around 75C?

Thx, i brought the voltage back down to 1.49 and speed down to 3.35ghz. it's 100% stable now although the temps are about the same.
