I'm thinking about buying this board what do you guys think about it?

I want it for gaming but I also want the option to overclock if I ever feel like doing it later in life.

Do I really need to have the Chipset water cooled with this board if I do regular gaming? Do you think a heatsink will work? Also do you think the fusion block comes off easy if I would hook up my own waterblock?

I have read some bad reviews and most of them were about the Buggy BIOS and Chipset.

Maybe someone here can post a better borad? I want want with upgradability in mind.
