I am tryin to OC my new system.. here's the specs:

Thermaltake M9 Case
ASUS P5QL-PRO Mobo
Coolmaster Real Power 750W power supply
Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q9300 @ 2.50GHz
Microsoft® Windows Vista™ Home Basic 32 Bit Version 6.0.6001 Service Pack 1 Build 6001
BIOS Version: American Megatrends Inc. 0502 Date: 20/08/2008 SMBIOS Version 2.5
4GB RAM (Kingston DDR2-1066Mhz Dual-Channel 2x2Gigs)
NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GX2 (running latest driver beta release)
Creative SB X-Fi Titanium Pro Audio Processor (WDM)

Basically I want to OC my CPU, and Video card so i can finally play Crysis on the highest settings :p and i'd like to keep my system OC'd for permanent use...
I read a bunch of guides on this site before i decided to try it myself, but I can't seem to get the settings in the BIOS correct...
The overclocking attempt fails every time i restart.. I don't know what I'm getting wrong... :(

Any help would be appreciated! :)
