Here's the deal: The company I worked for has been using the MSI 7300LE as its PCI-e dual monitor solution. We just ordered 6 new ones to throw into our Dells. There hadn't been problems with the previous cards, but the new batch has a problem with the DVI in either a single, or a dual monitor configuration. The screen flickers arbitrarily in Windows and in the BIOS. It isn't a driver issue and I've already contacted MSI about the problem. They told me to flash the VGA BIOS, but the problem still exists. It's not just one card either -- it's all six. I doubt that all 6 are junk.
Additionally, I've underclocked the video card because our machines exactly match the power requirements of the card (300W). It flickers less, but it still flickers...
