Intel E4500 and ram compatibility

Hi guys.

I plan on purchasing Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L rev 2.0 and a Intel E4500 processor. But because the e4500 runs at 800FSB would that make ddr2-667 4-4-4-12 the best option or ddr2-800? and by the way I don't plan to overclock.

DDR2-400 minimum, DDR2-533 fine, DDR2-667 fine, DDR2-800 fine also.
