Good, quiet case Fans

I'd like suggestions on good but quiet case Fans.
My front intake fan was a bit noisy, so I used some compressed air on it but it didn't seem to fix it.
I guessed the dust was stuck too hard on it to come off that way so I used a cotton swab but it's now vibrating (coulda sworn I did the cleaning well so it wouldn't be unbalanced)
My case is a Thermaltake Tsunami Dream (http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Product.aspx?S=1190&ID=1460)
I'd replace both my intake and my exhaust which are both 120mm

At the same time I'd order some for my moms computer (drives me nuts everytime I go to her place). It's an old Lianli case, with 2 input fan 80mm and 1 exhaust 120mm (I beleive)

I was looking at the Scythes fans, but not sure which to pick.
Any suggestions for 120mm and 80mm fans?

Thanks

I'll look into those IH8U, thanks

V3nom, the reviews on newegg says that those fans are loud, I installed a "silent" powersupply and I'd rather not hear lot of humming noise all the time when my computer is turned on.

If anyone else have suggestions for good but quiet fans, I'm interested in your opinions.
Thanks!

I'm using Antec, with 3 speed manual switches. Their quiet in first and second gear. Little louder on high but not intolerable. Bad thing about is that the switch control is really short, you may have to open the case to change speeds. Heres a link if you want to check em out.
