I know there's been threads on whether or not the SE is good and how the audigy 4 compares with x-fi, but right now I just want a decent sound card for a low price. Both of these right now are around 30 dollars so I was wondering which of the two are better, if there's really any difference at all. I'm gonna use a logitech x-530 with it so it's nothing fancy or anything. My mobo is a gigabyte ga-p35-ds3r and it's using an intel e2160 processor. I'm open to any suggestions about the two or just any good soundcard that's around 30-40 dollars.

Well the XFi Extreme Gamer is a Vary good Card But yea its On the Pricey Side, at Newegg, com you get it For $90 and $60 after the Rebate,But for $40 there are some good Cards, you can check this Audigy SE 7.1 Channels 24-bit 96KHz out at Newegg.com for $29.99 and see what you think,i would probably go with it for $30 if i didn't have the Money to get the XFi Extreme Gamer,Hope this Helps?
