Acer eMachine E510 Restore disk creation failure

I have an Acer E-machine E510 laptop and want to install a bigger harddrive. I have tried creating a restore disk using the installed acer restore creation program but hit a snag. The restore needs 2 DVD. The program creates the first disk just fine but fails creating the second disk. I have tried it with the machine's own DVD writer and an external USB one and get the some result. The drivers and application DVD was created with out problems.

Any suggestions will be welcomed

I would contact the vendor website's support area.

I tried the website but there where no support for this machine anymore.

I solved the problem by ghosting the whole hard drive and restoring only the factory part on the new hard drive. I made this part bootable and when I restarted the machine the factory setup system booted and restored a new C-drive.
