I am new to overclocking and have a P35-DS3R Rev 1.0 Bios F10 with E6750 2 x 1GB Crucial Ballistix PC6400 .

It runs at 333Mhz FSB at stock and I overclocked to 400FSB at 1:1 .. system stable for 12 hours running Prime95.

I changed the multiplier to 2.4 so RAM running at 960Mhz , again stable .

BUT I cannot boot from cold at any FSB over 350.. it retries and at the 3rd attempt reboots at default values.

I haven't changed any voltages, but given the system is stable, any ideas what could be causing this?

It boots fine at FSB 333, 340, 345, 350 .

This is a gigabyte p35 problem. The only one I've not seen this on is the DQ6, and it wasnt in my shop long enough to test it extensively.
