pc keeps rebboting goin mad

thats my specs pc was running fine for 3 days then just randomly rebbot when it got to welcome screen on xp it was all corrupt and rebbot again now every time gets to welcom secreen it just reboots.
i have tred changing graphics card didnt help also tred difrent copy xp , tred takin 2 gig of the memory out still no joy.
i thought it was mother board sent it back to get tested and they said mother board was fine and that it was maybeeit was a driver issue but had no probs with the pc for 3 days

please help dnt have clue whats wrong with it just keeps rebboting at welcome screen all time

Random reboots - The first thing I check is the power supply and power connections. If you're sure those are good, then next step is to put in your XP discs and repair your installation.
 
Run Memtest86+ and a also if the RAM voltage is not at 2.2-2.3v increase the voltage. Also run a manufacture tool to check for disk errors. (Ie. SeaTools DOS for a Seagate drive). It could also be PSU but highly unlikely imo, since the PSU is a high quality one.
