Need to set timings

I have bought 2x2gb dual channel ddr2 800 mhz rams which have 4-4-4-12 timings, and when I was testing them with memtest, they showedtimings of 5-5-5(12?) How do i set the correct timings and do I need to mess with voltage?

Ram: Patriot 2x2gb ddr2 800mhz 4-4-4-12 2.2 volt?
Mobo: GA-p35-ds3l

OP: Always go in SMALL steps! I have the exact same Motherboard, and i was stupid enough to up the voltage AND Tweak the timings at the same time! Thats a nono, and i ended up killing my p35 ds3l, i had to RMA it and all. So go small steps at a time. Set the voltage to its recommend setting, restart, then go and set the timing's.
