I am thinking about E-VGA 780i + E4300
I well keep everything from my current system except the motherboard and CPU.
So i have $430 Budget and i am a hard Overclocker so i need a overclockable motherboard and CPU.

So any advice?

I have one of the best air cooling systems so i have no problem with heat and i have overclocked the AMD 6000+ to 3.5 which is very rare.

As a heavy overclock board I think there's better out here. As an overclock'able board, def works.

I've heard the chipset gets pretty hot and 450+ is unstable.

Bad idea. Hardcore overclocker, are you? Look at P35 + E4600:

Or any C2D with x8 or higher multipler, why?

8 x 400 = 3.2ghz

That's why. 9/10... will let you play with higher multipliers & lower FSBs. The E4300 is old. Oh yea, wait for the 20th for Intel cpu price drops. As for mobos, look at IP35-E, P5K-E, DS3L, etc.

I am thinking about the Nvdia because my plan is to have cheap Cpu for now and high-end motherboard and after that i am thinking about Q6600.
