My USB ports are not working and when I try to find out why I am told I do not have a driver installed for Unibrain 1394 PC. Can you please help?

Sounds like you need firewire driver

1394 firewire is different from usb ports. both require different drivers. make sure you are installing the appropriate drivers for your system.

I have downloaded and installed what I thought was the correct download but the Firewire does not work and the USB ports are still not working . I am not a technical person
