Can't find settings in BIOS?

I want to change the speed settings of my RAM (It's running at PC2-6400 by default, capable of PC2-8500), and maybe overclock my CPU a bit. The problem is, I can't find any of the settings to do either of these things in my BIOS Specs:

Asus P5K-e/WiFi-AP
Intel C2D e6750 @ 2.67GHz
2gb Crucial Ballistix PC2-8500
Seagate Barracuda 320gb - OS
Seagate Barracuda 500gb - Storage
Corsair HX520W Power Supply

Any pointers would be appreciated.

ASUS RAM timings would be under Chipset/Northbridge I believe. I have that picture in my mind. But the voltage should be under Jumper Free configuration.
