Upgrading and OC a P4 Prescott LGA775 system

HI,
I have a SFF Aopen EZ661T motherboard currently fitted with a P4 Prescott core Pentium in LGA775. The board chipset is SiS661FX which claims compatibility with dual core processors as does the motherboard but its
sketchy on what type.

My question is this - given the the Prescott is pretty power hungery and
runs quite hot compared to current designs, is there an upgrade path I could follow - perhaps an E5200 Dual Core (which I understand OCs very well)?

Because the board and case is SFF, I'm pretty much stuck with it but it's
a nice machine, it just needs a little more horsepower. Current system has
2Gb of PC3200 DDR ram.

Any help would be gratefully received.

TIA

also as Shadow stated, it does support Pentium D, but you are limited to a 800Mhz FSB, there is no 1066 or higher which means no OC'ing the machine, motherboard limitations

^ You could may be go over 800FSB. That depends.

See:

Note the rated FSB speed (856Mhz). That OC's on a P4P800-MX, which isn't the best board to OC on.

OK. Thanks guys. So I guess a D945 is about as far as I can practically go with this system unless I can find a suitable SFF M/board?

Is there a motherboard that I could purchase that would fit this Cube? I bought the Shell and now struggling in buying a motherboard that would fit. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks
