Pick Mobo and Ram (Please help, this is all thats left)

I have found and purchased a E8400 3.0 cpu from Compusa online this weekend and I all ready have

OS = XP pro

The power supply - (PC Power & Cooling S75QB EPS12V 750W Power Supply

Overclocked version at 670MHz

the MOBO I was looking at was the evga 780I and 4 gigs of ram @ 2x2 sticks

I will pick up a 2 sata hard drives and DVD Drive
2 Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 (sata)
Asus DVD Drive (Sata)

and a sound card (PCI)
HT OMEGA STRIKER 7.1

I need help with the MOBO and memory

If I go with SLI, I will pick up another EVGA 512-P3-N841-AR GeForce 8800GTS (G92) 512MB

what would you suggest as memory to go with a evga 780I (800?, or 1066?)

I plan on OC slightly using just stock cooling, like to 3.2/3.6 at most. can anyone provide a link to suggested memory.

also, if I was to go with just one (1) card, can those who have a simular setup provide a link to both Mobo and mem you are using.

Im currently building a very similar CPU on Vista...
if you wanna use SLI, 780i is pretty much your best bet I guess, although its a bit expensive... you should OC its FSB to 450 so your e8400 can reach 4ghz and then you could buy some 2x2gb ddr2 1066mhz pc2-8500 such as OCZ Reaper or just some 800mhz and OC it

i dont think you would need 2 barracudas btw! unless u wanna RAID 1 those ...
