A recommendation in your price range, which is budget billing for a system with a Q6600, 8800GTS and all the stuff that goes along with it HDs, RAM, etc. I use this unit with this system and have no problem whatsoever.

You probably are not going to find a PSU that most of us would use for $50 - $60 unless you get lucky and find it on sale. Go up another $20 and you have a lot of options.
There's a reason why people here recommend brands like Corsair, PC&C, and Seasonic. You DO get what you pay for.
