Can I use atuoexce.nt in XP to run a file or program auto at startup?

No, you cannot use atuoexce.nt to make a program run at startup.

You can put a shortcut to the program in the Start menu in the startup folder.

Make a shortcut to the program you want to have start with Windows.
Right-click the shortcut and select Copy,
Click Start>All Programs, and then Right-Click Startup, select Open, paste shortcut in right pane window.
