Help oc'ing w/ ga-ep45ud3p&E7200

Hello everyone,newbie oc'er.My rig antec 900 case,GIGA ga-ep45-ud3p m-board,E7200 CPU,650 PSU,8 megs 800MHz ram vista prem. 64-bit.Would like to get close to 3.0 M from the 2.53 factory setting on the cpu.What and how can I get the ram speed down and stable.I want to slowly go up on fsb for cpu with small increases in voltage on cpu.Starting at 266 any info for fsb and voltage for cpu would be greatly aprc. Also should I use the auto settings on the voltage for cpu?Thanks for any help .I will post results back here.

You're only looking for a 3ghz OC. That means the easiest way is to increase your bus speed to 333 and CPU multi to 9. 333*9=2997mhz. That board should be able to handle that with all voltages on auto. Only thing you may need to increase slightly is CPU voltage.

You will have to change your memory divider so it is running at 800mhz when you increase the FSB.
