is this new version any good? i just dont need 2 pcie slots so it works for me but is it any good for overclocking and such?? thx , going to be useing it with the E8400 or maybe the Q6600 TIA

I have the normal DS3L and it rocks. The new one just has an energy saver thing, I'm assuming it will be the same, try googleing it.

The power circuitry is more robust on the DS3R and -P models, so if you're going for a higher-power CPU like a q6600, I'd go for the higher model MB.
