recently received system. Told all you have to do is set the pins in proper place easy. Ok face it, i can do a lot of things. I have print out of how to do jumper settings installation. this is a samsung SP8004Hetc. System has power, won't boot, flashing monitor, states out of range, shows DVI. Please help me get this system up and going?

Following up on Rand_79's post . . . I can't rule out that you replaced your only hard drive with a blank samsung SP8004Hetc. Or something.
