Channel 28-68 are missing. I would like to identify the problem before
call up the tech support. Anyone can help? Thanks!

Check your TV setup to see if it's on cable tuning or off-air tuning.
Above ch 13 the spectrum occupied on the two systems is totally
different.

Thanks, but TV should be fine. We just moved from one house to another
house (both Adelphia cable). Channel 28-68 are missing for all TVs in
the house. It looks like something related to the signale or wiring.

Just how "hard" are they missing? Are they very weak, or is there no
signal at all on all those frequencies? Are any of the other channels
weak in any way?

Can you tap in where the cable enters the house to run a test to see if
those channels are coming there?

sounds like there is a filter on the line as these higher channels are
usually "extended basic" . Some subscribers only get "basic" which is just
the off air channels and a few others.
