you may have a problem with the hard disk. you can try to do a factory restore or a fresh installation of windows but if the disk check fails you will want to replace the hard disk.

If you have any data on that drive you want to even hope to recover, stop using the drive. Buy another one for the computer, re-install Windows on that. Install your old drive as a secondary inside the case or in a USB enclosure. See if the computer reads it to get the data out.
