Shw32.dll not found

Hello,
how can i gat this shw32.dll with out all of the pay for fix crap

* Open the zip-file you downloaded from DLL-files.com.

+ 2. Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND).
+ 3. Type regsvr32 shw32.dll and press Enter.
