Need External USB enclosure with Spin-Down function

Im trying to find an external USb enclosure for SATA drives that is fairly cheap and will support an automatic spindown during drive inactivity. i have a couple of maxtor drives that do this now, but i want to take some of my own internal drives and put them in cases to do the same thing. i have been searching newegg for this and cant seem to find one. anyone know any brands that do this?

I think that regardless of whatever hard disk enclosure you use, the drives will spin down based on the power settings of your OS. At least in my experience, I've had a 2.5" disk in an enclosure, and it power down when I don't use it long enough.

I bought a $15 enclosure and it does this. It was a no-namer too. Any one will do what you want.
