Hello all,
I recently re-acquired an Audigy with the front drive from my brother, and in a fit of apparent stupidity managed to somehow short two chips on the drive. Rather than buy a new one, I'm going to attempt to pop out the two IC's and replace them with new ones. Unfortunately, they're a little too charred for me to read the part numbers off of them.

If anyone out there has the drive with model SB0010D and is willing to either post a picture or read everything that's written on the chips located at U10 and U11, it would be greatly appreciated. It's a long shot, I know, but it's worth a shot.

Thank you.

not worth the hassel for an audigy. your better off getting a new X-fi sound card. im not sure whether Creative still make the audigy chips. also just because you shorted a chip you could have easuly take out a few caps while your at it.
