New parts are in bold, all of the other parts I used from my last system. I should be getting my second 8800 640 for about $100 from a friend this weekend. Haven't overclocked yet as I didn't finish installing all drivers, software, and updates until late last night. What do you think?

Looks pretty good let us know how it overclocks. I wish UK prices were that good - the Q6600 is about $255 minimum in the UK and your getting a pretty good deal on that second 8800 GTS!
