Hello,
I'm also have a same problem , i missing a start button , taskbar and desktop icons . so how can i soluted it .

Easy Fix, this happens alot when you have problems with "Explorer.exe" Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete So The task manager opens up, Under the Applications Tab Click New Task and Type in Explorer.exe And it should Fix, Update the post if it doesnt
