Are you trying to remove the fan from the heatsink or the heatsink from the board?

that looks exactly like a CPU fan/heatsink that was in a dell Vostro. When I took it out, all you had to do is unscrew the screws.... a fricken lot. When you think you're done unscrewing, you just have to keep going. lol.

ooo doomsday, i unscrew the 4 to the left, then i hear clicking noises?? when i unscrew them the left top screw makes a click then i unscrew the bottom right screw and it makes the fan/heat sink tight again like screw it back.

do i have to twist all left like 30 times??

Reply to ojomow

ouch. lol. Try taking the mobo out and then pull it as you're unscrewing it. Try to figure out why it's not coming out there.
